Strawberry Puff Pastry Express

<h5>5 min</h5><p>Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).</p><p>Cut 16 x 6 cm (4.5 x 2.5 inch) rectangles out of the brick sheets, you need 6 rectangles per puff pastry.</p>

<h5>2 min</h5><p>Melt 50 g of butter, and brush each rectangle of dough with melted butter.</p>

<h5>1 min</h5><p>Sprinkle each rectangle with powdered sugar.</p>

<h5>3 min</h5><p>Pile the rectangles 2 by 2 and place them on a baking sheet.</p>

<h5>10 min</h5><p>Place a second baking sheet on top of the first, we do this to get flat rectangles, and bake.</p><p>Bake until golden brown (about 10 minutes) and cool on a wire rack.</p>

<h5>2 min</h5><p>Prepare the strawberries, cut them in 2 in height.</p><p>Put a rectangle of pastry in a serving plate, with a piping bag spread a layer of whipped cream.</p>

<h5>2 min</h5><p>Put a layer of strawberries on top, then put some whipped cream back on so it's higher than the strawberries. This is done so you can make the next rectangle "stick" to whipped cream.</p>

<h5>1 min</h5><p>Place a second rectangle of dough, press lightly to adhere.</p>

<h5>2 min</h5><p>Top with a cream + fruit layer and finish with the last rectangle, your first puff pastry is ready.</p>

<h5>20 min</h5><p>Do this for everyone else.</p><p>Serve without delay (see below).</p>
