In the bowl of a food processor , put the flour , milk , eggs , yeast and sugar.Knead for about 10 minutes .Add the salt , knead for 5 minutes .Add the butter cut into pieces .Knead for 5 minutes and incorporate the chorizo .Let the dough rise for 1 hour .

Flour the work surface Degass the dough .Shape 6 balls and place them in a mold , cover with a clean tea towel and let rise for 45 min.Preheat the oven to 180 C.

Brush the brioche with milk and grate a little cheese on top.Bake for about 20 min.Happy tasting!!!
