Prepare the coffee in a bowl for dipping the boudoirs and leave to cool.

Place the mascarpone, cream and sugar in a bowl and whip until stiff.

Place a layer of boudoirs in the bottom of a dish, add a layer of mascarpone cream on top, repeat with a layer of boudoirs and finish with the cream.

Sprinkle with cocoa powder and set aside in the fridge for several hours. It's best to prepare it in the morning and enjoy it in the evening, or even in the evening for the next day!
