Bressaola & brie tart tatin

Slice your brie and make chunks with the bressaola slices. Using a pastry cutter or a glass, cut out rounds in the puff pastry.

Preheat oven to 180°C.
On a baking tray lined with baking paper or on a baking sheet, make honey circles, spacing them out, then add a slice of bressaola, then a slice of brie, then more bressaola, then add a circle of puff pastry on top and seal the edges (using a fork is best).

Using a fork, prick the top of the pastry sheet and bake for 15min. 
Serve with a salad
