Zucchini flan

Peel and slice the onion, add it to a frying pan with a base of olive oil and sauté until translucent. 
Cut your zucchini into 1 cm cubes, once your onions are translucent add your zucchini, a drizzle of oil, curry powder, turmeric, salt and pepper.

Simmer until the zucchinis soften, stirring occasionally. Add them to an ovenproof dish.
Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 180°C. 
In a bowl add the cream, egg, egg yolks, salt and nutmeg and whisk until frothy.

Add the mixture to the zucchini and sprinkle with Gruyère cheese. Bake in a hot oven for 40min. 
The flan should be golden brown and au gratin, stick a knife into it if the blade comes out dry, it's done, otherwise add 5min to the cooking time.
