Salted butter

<ol><li>Preheat oven to 180°c</li></ol><p>Melt all the chocolates except the chopped chocolate in a bain-marie with the butter and let cool.</p>

<ol><li>In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk until frothy, then add the flour, cornflour and baking powder and mix well.</ol></li>

<ol><li>Pour the melted chocolate over the egg/flour mixture and stir</li><li>Finish by adding the chopped chocolate and stirring.</ol></li>

<ol><li>Pour the batter into a lined mould measuring 20 cm in diameter max</li><li>Bake for 30/40 min, adjusting the time if necessary.</ol></li>
