Chicken meatballs in forestry sauce

<p>Cut your chicken fillet into large cubes, peel and cut your onion into 4 and blend. Pour into a bowl, add the spices, egg and half a bag of breadcrumbs. Mix with your hands, then shape into balls and set aside.</p>

<p>Cut the mushrooms into strips. In a hot frying pan, add a drizzle of oil and cook the mushrooms, then add the veal stock and pepper, stir, then add the water and stir when your sauce has a texture that's not too liquid and not too thick, add the crème fraîche, stir and simmer for a few minutes, then add the meatballs and cover for about 10 minutes. Once the meatballs are cooked, turn off the heat and serve with Tagliattelles or rice.</p>
