Soft chocolate and pecan cookies

Place the flour and brown sugar in a bowl.

Add the egg, vanilla and melted, cooled salted butter.

Mix well to obtain a smooth, homogeneous ball of dough.

Then add the yeast, chocolate chips and crushed pecans. Mix well.

On a buttered and floured baking tray or non-stick baking sheet, form 12 small heaps.

Place in the oven and bake for 8 minutes at 180°, no more. When removed from the oven, the cookies should still be soft. They will harden as they cool
