Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F).Prepare 400 g of broccoli, and as they are intended to be blended also put in the core cut into small pieces.

Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water until tender.Drain once cooked.

In the bowl of a mixer, break 2 eggs, add 50 ml of liquid crème fraiche, salt and pepper, then the cooked broccoli.Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Pour the mixture into ramekins which you will place in an oven dish, into which you will pour boiling water halfway up.

Bake in a bain-marie for about 20 minutes.

Check for doneness, as you would for a cake.

Unwrap and return to serving plate.
