<h5>20 min</h5><p>Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F).</p><p>Carefully wash the potatoes with a brush or scouring pad, do not peel them, and put them in the oven about 20 minutes before the cheese.</p>

<h5>3 min</h5><p>Open the cheese and place the box in its lid.</p><p>With a small spoon dig a small hole in the center of the cheese.</p>

<h5>3 min</h5><p>Wrap the cheese in foil in case the box isn't really airtight (rare with mont d'or), and fill the center hole with white wine.</p>

<h5>2 min</h5><p>Put the cheese on a baking sheet and put it in the oven as well.</p>

<h5>30 min</h5><p>Let the cheese sit for about 30 minutes, until completely melted and the top is golden brown and crisp.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Place cheese and potatoes in the middle of the table, each person helps themselves to potatoes, which they cut into pieces on their plate, and sprinkle with melted cheese.</p>
