Creamy pork sauté with button mushrooms

<h5>5 min</h5><p>Prepare 50 g of onion, chop it finely.</p><p>Reserve.</p>

<h5>10 min</h5><p>Prepare 350 g of button mushrooms: Wash them quickly, dry them, and cut them into strips.</p><p>Reserve.</p>

<h5>5 min</h5><p>Cut 300 g of pork into small cubes.</p><p>Reserve.</p>

<h5>1 min</h5><p>In a large skillet over high heat, pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil and when hot add the chopped onion.</p><p>Salt and pepper, and cook for 1 minute, without browning.</p>
