4 min.Place the chocolate and butter in small pieces in a saucepan. Melt in a double boiler while stirring.

2 min.Remove pan from heat, add sugar and stir. Turn on the oven to 180°C (Th.6)

2 min.Pour one whole egg into the saucepan and mix immediately. Stir in the remaining eggs in the same manner.

2 min.Add the 20 g flour while mixing.

5 min.Crack the walnuts into 2 or 3 (after removing the shells). mix them into the batter.

20 min.Put the pan in the oven and let it bake for 20 min.

3 min.Once baked, remove the cake and let it cool.

2 min.Then turn it out onto a plate. Cut the cake into 6 or 8 squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Pecans can be substituted for the nuts.
