5 min.Melt chocolate with butter in a saucepan.

1 min.Then pour into a terrine.

1 min.Add the sugar and mix.

3 min.Let cool then add eggs and cornstarch.

2 min.Mix until smooth and pour into a buttered or parchment-lined pan.

20 min.Place in oven and let cook for 15 to 20 min.

2 min.Wait until the fondant has cooled before removing from the mold or it may break down and the melted chocolate may leak.
