Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6)

2 min Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. If using the microwave, add about 45 cl of water.

1 min Add the butter to the mixture and whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and well melted.

3 min Whip the eggs and sugar until the mixture is white, then add the yeast and then the flour

2 min Add the chocolate to the mixture, then mix well to make a smooth paste

25 min Flour and butter a pan.Bake about 25 min

This cake goes well with a custard!
