1 min In the microwave, melt the butter in a container.Once out, add the flour and mix

1 min In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil and then remove from the heat.Careful not to leave the milk on the heat too long

2 min Mix the 2 preparations if possible with a whisk, then return to the microwave 1 min

1 min Whisk again to make the mixture smooth, then serve
