2 min Separate egg whites from yolks.

1 min Combine egg yolks with cane sugar and vanilla sugar

1 min Whisk in the mascarpone

5 min Whip the egg whites and gently fold them into your mixture with a spatula

2 min Dip the cookies into the coffee quickly then line the bottom of your dish with the cookies

2 min Top with a layer with your mixture, then repeat the process alternating cookie and cream, ending with the cream

1 min Sauce with cocoa

Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
