Preheat oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).

20/30 min Peel the potatoes Cook them in a large volume of water.

5 min Chop the onions and sauté over low heat accompanied by the bacon.

2 min Cut the reblochon cheese into slices. Cut the potatoes into rounds.

5 min On each tortilla, place the lardons and onions, potato pieces and slices of reblochon Fold the opposite edges of the tortilla and roll it. Hold with a toothpick.

10/15 min Place wraps on baking paper and bake for 10-15 min.
