Ideally, prepare the day before, with an overnight in the fridge

Combine the yolks with the sugar until the mixture foams and whitens.

Melt chocolate (double boiler or microwave) and add to egg yolk + sugar mixture.

Whip the egg whites until stiff, then add a pinch of salt.

Delicate step: Gently add the egg whites to the remaining mixture, trying to keep the volume (the foam).

Place in the refrigerator and consume the next day.
