Pommes Tatin with mascarpone cream

<h5>10 min</h5><p>Prepare the mascarpone cream: put 250 g of Mascarpone, 250 ml of liquid crème fraiche, 70 g of powdered sugar, 10 g of Vanilla Sugar and 2 eggs in the bowl of a food processor.</p><p>Whip until you get a light cream.</p><p>Keep in the fridge.</p>

<h5>20 min</h5><p>Peel 4 apples, cut them into small dice.</p>

<h5>3 min</h5><p>In a skillet over high heat, melt 80 g of butter then add the diced apples.</p>

<h5>20 min</h5><p>Pour 80 g powdered sugar over it and cook, stirring occasionally, or better yet, sautéing, until the apples are caramelized, much like a tarte tatin.</p><p>Let cool.</p>

<h5>5 min</h5><p>In glasses, place a small layer of pommes Tatin.</p>

<h5>5 min</h5><p>Top with mascarpone cream, and finish with a small piece of apple.</p>
