<h5>2 min</h5><p>Sift together 150 g flour and 150 g confectioners' sugar.</p>

<h5>3 min</h5><p>Add 150 g of butter cut into small pieces and left at room temperature for at least 1 hour.</p>

<h5>1 min</h5><p>Pour in 70 g lemon juice.</p>

<h5>1 min</h5><p>And finish with 150 g egg.</p>

<h5>5 min</h5><p>Mix with a mixer until smooth.</p><p>Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F).</p>

<h5>2 min</h5><p>Pour the dough into a pan, which you may place on a baking sheet.</p>

<h5>30 min</h5><p>Bake for about 30 minutes, check for doneness after 25 minutes.</p>

<h5>1 min</h5><p>Unmould by turning the cake.</p><p>Allow to cool well before eating.</p>
